Felicity Morel is a strong coach who brings, aside from extensive coaching experience, a work and life history that enables her to easily connect and grasp the subtleties of the coachee’s reality. She focuses on supporting her clients in exploring their inner resources, and activating their mental and emotional processes to self-manage their challenges in an efficient way.

Felicity is a strong partner for any woman who is looking to tap into her potential and become the best version of herself. She has an unique blend of empathy and toughness and she creates a containing coaching space, where you feel both supported and challenged to go beyond your current thinking.

I strongly recommend Felicity as your Coach.

I am a reasonably experienced NED. I sit on an ASX listed company in the mining and exploration sector and other non-listed boards.

Felicity has coached me in building strategic alliances with my Chair and across my fellow Directors, increased my understanding how they think and how I can influence them.

I look at communicating at board and committee level very differently now - it has been astonishing how quickly I have achieved different results by a change in my approach and a better understanding of my values and how I think.

Felicity is a very experienced coach and able to grasp the issues quickly and work with the client to reflect and explore solutions to address the key issues immediately.

Felicity is a very effective coach and she makes the one hour session very productive.

Felicity has a depth of knowledge that will ensure your business will grow. I gained on both a personal and professional level. Felicity has an approach that is both direct yet incredibly compassionate.

She is direct with her questioning, strategic and empathetic. Felicity challenges you, ‘holds your feet to the fire’ but you know you will never get burnt.

I would highly recommend Felicity as your coach.

I highly recommend Felicity as a coach!

Felicity is a great listener and a terrific guide.

She asked powerful questions that help me navigate through the situation and issues at hand, so I could gain clarity to uncover insights and solutions

I have had the pleasure of working with Felicity over recent months to assist me with gaining clarity at a time when my direction was a little fuzzy. I thought I was reasonably self-aware but, in working with her, I have gained a much deeper level of awareness and a framework of reference for decision making that is in service of my true self. In her unique way, which involves me answering many simple questions that don’t have easy answers, Felicity has helped me discover that.

Whilst Felicity can be a hard task master and doesn’t allow you to wriggle off the hook she demonstrates how much she cares through her commitment and considerations between sessions. I look forward to continuing to work with her.

When you see someone that speaks well, it is so very impressive. To ‘set yourself up for success’ is not hard with a little prior planning and competent coaching.

Felicity is very experienced in speech-writing and will guide you in the planning and construction of a really good speech. One that will make people listen to you right to the end! She will teach you how to speak clearly, use emphasis in the right places and personal presentation. She will notice where you need a little extra coaching on, for example, body language and the subliminal message you are sending out unintentionally. She does not fear pointing out your bad mannerisms – but she does so with charm and encouragement to assist your personal improvement.

Felicity helped me enormously by building up my confidence and teaching me how to best present myself to triumph. She can help you too.  I have no hesitation in recommending Felicity to you and I am sure you will learn so much and grow in self-confidence and composure as a result. Try it and you will see! I did!

I have known Felicity for 20 years. She has a passionate commitment to excellence, and a proven track record of enabling strategic impact and empowering others.

She is a careful, analytical listener which, with her intelligent, strategic mind and her unique and lateral view of the world, enables her to challenge preconceptions and evoke new possibilities with confidence and robustness, all the while retaining an empathetic awareness of the needs of people  which is so vital in ensuring sustainable change.

I had the privilege to be coached by Felicity Morel. I find her coaching methods nurturing, authentic and brilliantly honest. Her superior questioning technique made me take a candid and hard look at myself and allowed me to analyse my situation truly and identify the root cause of issues I was facing.

Her open and frank approach built trust and created a safe environment for me to understand myself better and developed action plans that are sustainable in the long run.

“When the student is ready the teacher will appear” and this year, I had the pleasure of benefitting from Felicity’s skill, expertise, and wisdom.

I am a leadership wellbeing coach with years of mixed and inconsistent results in my business. Felicity worked with and supported me to gain clarity about my business niche and how to communicate effectively with the people I wanted to work with; recognise, explore, and replace negative self-talk and tap into my own unique strengths, capabilities, and experiences, as well as provided me with insights and practical strategies to implement after each session.

Felicity asked the difficult questions, that as a business owner you sometimes don’t want to face; she challenged me to look honestly and deeply at what I wanted to achieve and what I was prepared to do.  When the decision was made, she offered the necessary support and encouragement.

As a result of her coaching, I have confidently and authentically presented myself to potential clients with success.  I have a deeper understanding of what is required to develop and grow a successful business and I look forward to sharing even more positive results in the future. Thank you, Felicity. We had some laughs, some tears on my part, and most importantly a respect for the unique gifts each of us bring to this special human to human coaching connection.

Coaching with Felicity is bringing an awareness to and of myself – in my values and belief systems (how and why I react and operate the way I do) – and is profoundly shifting my way of thinking. I am now more self-aware and as such, I am starting to have a consciousness in choosing how I respond.

This is beginning to allow me to recognise what is influencing me and giving me an ability to modify my behaviour in certain situations, as I am seeing a much broader situational context.

Felicity has been instrumental in this process as my coach. It is through her knowledge, guidance, and deep lines of enquiry that I am being challenged – to see things in and of myself that I could not see before.

Gaining a deeper understanding of myself – these foundational aspects of being – is starting to provide clarity in everything that I do, have done, and aspire to do. As a cult reference – it’s like having the ability to see the code in The Matrix! And once you see it, you can’t unsee it. This can be scary but ultimately, it’s liberating – acceptance brings the greatest freedom and opportunity.

I could not speak more highly of my experience with Felicity as my coach.

I am normally a very sceptical person. I did not expect this was going to be the occasion in which, for the first time, I would be given room to voice my intentions, what I stand for and
where I want to get to...not very loud and not very clear but more than I’ve ever done so far. It’s personal, confronting and amazing

I’m an ASX listed company NED and corporate advisor in the resources sector. Before my sessions with Felicity I was feeling frustrated and wanted to improve my ability to meaningfully influence those around the board table. Thanks to Felicity I’ve learnt how to pack a punch to positively influence outcomes.  I now look forward to consolidating my growth with increasing stretch opportunities. I will be keeping Felicity by my side from now on.

My work with Felicity was a transformative experience that significantly enhanced my understanding of Board reporting, governance, and presentation skills, leaving me more confident and committed to becoming a successful CEO despite the challenges ahead.

I worked with Felicity a number of years ago. The benefits were a better sense of how to deliver an impact when speaking and to structure my presentations differently. I also learnt to read voices around a board table which has been a valuable asset in my NED career.

I have sat on boards and committees for many years and recently assumed the role of Chair at a time of change for a membership based not-for-profit.

Working with Felicity has honed my skills, given me confidence and provided me with a toolkit to be a better, more strategic Chair.

As a result, the performance of the CEO has improved and the dynamic of the business has changed significantly over the past months.

I was skeptical about whether coaching was effective but working with Felicity has shown a substantial ROI and I will continue to work with her.

Felicity's depth of first-hand experience blended with her well-structured pragmatic perspective creates a powerful potion for effective personal and professional development.
Managing Director
 Professional services firm, Perth

I have valued Felicity's guidance and leadership at different stages of my career. Insightful, and with a lateral mind that works across deep understandings of policy, strategy, and human behaviour, Felicity makes complex things seem simple and accessible.

She is able to think ‘big picture’ in a highly strategic way but is also adept at transitioning this to the practical realm, creating the necessary frameworks and practices to ensure success.

She established the foundation of high standards and good work strategies that I use on a daily basis. She challenged me, and continues to do so, to think critically and creatively, and to understand not only what can be achieved, but how to do it – and how to do it well.

In times of transition, she has provided invaluable advice, and warm encouragement, alongside new tools, techniques and solutions to challenges.

She is a great mentor and coach. When it was ‘sink or swim’, I swam.

Felicity is a thinker who can provide value by deconstructing a problem and reassembling it within a strategic and tactical framework, aimed at finding a solution, or a pathway to a solution.

An inspiring idea can be converted by her into a vision, for which she can create a project design, plan for and advise on its implementation. These are her standout qualities.

Undoubtedly, her clients will be provided with good value from her outcomes focused support.

I have known Felicity for some years now and in that time we have worked collaboratively on a number of projects  .... She has been and continues to be a favourite mentor on my many other projects.

I know I can rely on a comprehensive, well thought out response to any enquiry that, if necessary, will include a list of the adverse factors that I will need to consider in my deliberations.
