Brief bio Felicity has advised Ministers, Director Generals and CEOs across all tiers of Government, been an urban and cultural policy advisor under four Premiers, and a Consultant to leading architectural, planning and legal practices on significant projects. She founded VoicePower in 1991 -- one of the first executive coaching services in Western Australia -- which specialised in high-level executive coaching to senior executives and CEOs. She is an experienced facilitator and communicator at academic, government and community levels. She lecturers internationally on a regular basis, has written speeches for three Premiers and has MC'd government events. A former radio presenter, Felicity has an in-depth knowledge of the techniques of media interviewing. She compiled Training Needs Analysis' for the ABC and Telecom and broadcast as a specialist arts journalist. She has extensive experience in production and interviewing in various forms of media both as a consultant, Radio presenter and as a respondent to radio, television and newspapers interviews. As a professional communicator, mentor and coach, Felicity is an interdisciplinary thinker who challenges assumptions and ways of working to achieve results.
